Supernova RS LLC was formed in Wyoming in 2024 by joint venture between AMA Resources and Ambiogeo, bringing roughly seventy combined years of mineral exploration under a single entity, and is now digitizing that asset base through a permissioned security token.

How the group is run.
Method before machinery. Recovery, logistics and processing are treated as engineering problems with measurable outputs, not as fixed costs to be absorbed.
The divisions share logistics, land and management — each makes the others cheaper to run. The airstrip serving the licence became an aviation business; the land carrying cattle carries the mine's access roads.
Land management is an operating cost line, not a communications exercise. Degraded ground produces less, for longer, at greater expense.
