A gold project in the Piauí interior sits hours from a commercial field over unsealed road. Access runs through the communal airstrip serving the district — a shared community facility the group uses rather than owns. Working to it meant sourcing airframes, negotiating leases, holding parts and managing maintenance exposure — and that capability now transacts for third parties on the same terms it learned in-house.

Argentina — leasing exposure only.
The Bio Pacific Channel is a rail expansion running toward the Zapala Free Trade Zone and on to the Chilean coast. It shortens the route from Argentine production to Pacific shipping lanes and, past them, to Asian demand — replacing a long haul to Atlantic ports with a direct westward corridor.
Our participation is rolling stock and equipment leasing into that corridor.
This is leasing exposure, not a mining position: the group holds no mineral concessions in Argentina.
