Two ANM gold licences over 3,165.70 hectares at Paulistana, Piauí, reported in an S-K 1300 technical report summary. A separate copper project sits in Confluencia, Neuquén, Argentina.

Paulistana, Piauí, Brazil
Two adjoining licences held through Brazilian operating entities, with an open-pit mine plan, environmental licensing in progress and a processing plant under construction. Drill logs, assay certificates, the block model and the full technical report are available in the data room under NDA.

| Property | Jurisdiction | Holder | Area | Classification / contained Au |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Paulistana district | Piauí, Brazil | Two ANM licences | 3,165.70 ha | Au — S-K 1300 TRS |
| Neuquén project | Neuquén, Argentina | Mining titles, multiple | ≈22,101 ha | Cu — project documentation |
Owner-operated, no contract miners.
Extraction is run by our own crews and our own fleet, scaling from a 200 kg per month baseline to a 2,000 kg per month target as the plant reaches nameplate.
Resources are stated to SK-1300 and NI 43-101 — the two frameworks institutional capital underwrites against.
Doré is smelted on site and sold as physical bar into refiners, without an intermediating offtake trader.
Copper. Separate project, separate report.
A sedimentary copper project in Departamento Confluencia, Provincia del Neuquén — the province hosting what the project documentation describes as the largest exploitable disseminated-copper reservoir known. Mineralisation is principally malachite with minor azurite and chalcanthite, in surface sandstones that are considerably cheaper to work than vein deposits.
The register spans roughly 22,101 hectares under mining titles held through AMA Resources — five mines ready for exploitation, an exploration group and prospecting ground beyond. Project documentation cites measured resources of some 13 million tonnes of copper, based on the geological studies and testing performed.
The original concession of approximately 55,000 ha has been divested; this retained project is the adjacent ground of roughly 22,101 ha. Two exploration-stage titles are separately offered for sale and are not presented as retained operating assets. The full title schedule, geology, environmental studies and production plan are disclosed under NDA.
Under construction. Not yet fully commissioned.
Plant and equipment on the ground. Construction ongoing.
§ 01.5 — Plant
Not a rendering and not a feasibility study, but not finished either. Major plant and equipment are on site and installed, construction is ongoing, and the equipment schedule is certified by a registered geologist. The plant is not yet fully commissioned.

Run-of-mine feed hopper, grizzly and rotary sieve; oversize returned, sized fraction advanced on belt conveyors.
Hammer mill and ball circuit reduce sized feed to liberation grade, with closed-circuit screening.
Dry electrostatic separators split conductive concentrate from silica-rich tailings — the step that makes silica a product.
Agitated leach tanks and carbon columns, followed by elution and smelting to bar.
Filter press and concentrate silos; water returned to the process tank, filter cake stacked dry.
Plant hall and covered conveyor gallery, transformer house, generator shelter, laboratory, workshop and warehouse, office block, canteen and accommodation, weighing and security post.
Equipment schedule certified by José Francisco Borba Martins, registered geologist, CREA RS-114091/D, 14 August 2024.

Electrostatic separation leaves a clean silica fraction that most gold projects stack as waste. Here it is screened, dried and sold: silica becomes a saleable co-product, carrying part of the fixed processing cost and giving the division a margin line that does not depend on the gold price.
